Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. Payment will be taken immediately for your order and goods will not be dispatched until this payment has gone through effectively.
Ale Ravalli creates mainly made-to-order garments. We aim to a personal service and we'd love to make for you a bespoke and tailored garment. You can provide us your measurements in the instruction box or alternatively follow the size chart to select your size when placing the order.
Allow us between 1 and 3 weeks to send your piece. This varies based on the amount of orders we already received. It will be sent from the location of the workshop via Road Express or UPS.
You will receive an email the day of the dispatch with the tracking number of your order. Each creation will be packed in its own packaging: wrapped in a tissue paper and placed in a strong cardboard.
We ship worldwide with UPS and DHL Express depending on the destination. The shipping fees are calculated at the basket. Ale Ravalli insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
Please be aware that all deliveries from us will require a signature, so please keep this in mind when stating your address (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).
